WARNING! This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment. You should NOT ENTER this experience if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, are prone to seizures, have physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, are pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease including claustrophobia.

PHYSICAL CONTACT NOTICE:Participants  may not touch the actors or props and doing so will result in immediate ejection from the event without a refund. This event is under video surveillance. Due to close proximity with actors in certain locations inside the experience accidental physical contact may be made between actors and audience members, however, actor contact is not intentional and is never designed to be a part of the experience. If circumstances result in contact from an actor, you agree to hold such action harmless and waive any claims against the actor, facility or any party associated in any way with the ESP team members.
DO NOT ENTER: the experience if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the experience if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by our staff.
DO NOT ENTER: IF YOU SUFFER FROM – ASTHMA – HEART CONDITIONS – SEIZURES OR ANY TYPE OF MENTAL, PHYSICAL, RESPIRATORY AND OR MEDICAL PROBLEMS.
DO NOT smoke, run, eat or drink inside the experience. Additionally there is no touching of the actors, customers, or props inside the attraction. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction. You will not be admitted and asked to leave the property if any of rules are not followed.
ENTER INSIDE! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Upon entering the guest understands that there  is inherent risk involved with attending this experience. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in and or attending this experience. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this experience participant  agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.

Be advised, participant in an elm street production experience that is found behaving inappropriately, including behavior resulting from the influence of ALCOHOL, MARIJUANA, ILLICIT DRUGS, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, AND/OR ANY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE is subject to immediate removal from our facility at any time.

E.S.P will determine, in its sole discretion, if customer conduct is deemed inappropriate.

Inappropriate conduct or behavior may include, but is not limited to:

Verbal or other disruptive engagement with other customers
Belligerent behavior, including use of foul language or intimidation
Touching any actor or staff member
Touching any prop, decoration or trim piece
Taunting, challenging or otherwise confronting actors
Running or pushing
Staggering or stumbling when walking


This policy will be enforced to help preserve the positive, entertainment environment which ESP strives to provide each participant

In general, customers behave appropriately to enjoy the unique experience provided by E.S.P.  In cases where some do not behave appropriately, they unacceptably damage the experience of other customers. Inappropriate behavior also puts E.S.P.  staff and assets at unacceptable risk. In addition, customers who enter an E.S.P. and behave inappropriately or UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, MARIJUANA, ILLICIT DRUGS, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AND/OR ANY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE put themselves at risk.This MISCONDUCT POLICY and any subsequent customer ejections are enforced to preserve ESP's desired entertainment environment.

This is a home haunt brought to you by Elm Street Productions. We are located at 4583 W 141st Hawthorne Ca 90250. Parking in the neighborhood is very limited and it is recommended to park on Rosecrans Blvd or Hawthorne Blvd- we are located one block from both streets

This year we are offering two separate mazes. Although you are meant to start at the castle in order to follow the PIckerton Family Legend; you may choose either maze to start. When you finish the first you will fin your way to the second. 

This year we are proud to support local theatre and arts programs. Each weekend will your donations will help  arts different group- Our suggested donation is 10.00 per person.
